Wire mesh packing

The corrugated wire mesh packing is composed of stainless steel wire mesh corrugated sheets. The packing forms a uniform geometric arrangement in the tower, prescribing the steam-liquid flow path and improving the channel flow and wall flow. Due to the unique capillary function of the screen, the surface area has more effective wettability, low pressure drop and less liquid holding capacity, so it has a high separation efficiency. Especially suitable for hard - to - isolate and heat - sensitive systems. It is widely used in petrochemical industry (such as FCC distilling section of oil refinery), chemical fertilizer, natural gas, biochemistry, environmental engineering and other fields. The diameter of the tower equipment is 6 meters, the separation performance is higher than the metal orifice corrugated packing.

Wire mesh packing is suitable for a variety of precision separation, fine separation, high purity separation, cryogenic separation, air separation and other occasions. The number of engineering theoretical plates varied from 3 to 12 per meter of packing layer, which greatly reduced the tower height. Caution should be taken when using systems with large liquid-gas ratio, highly corrosive systems, fouling systems, and systems with high surface tension and high viscosity.
